Usually most fighters are NEVER the same after they receive a beatdown. There are quite a few in recent years who fall into this category, Fernando Vargas, Jeff Lacy seems like he qualifies, Jose Luis Castillo and Diego Coralles.

Who were some younger fighters who were in there primes, took a serious beating only to come back to be considered still in their prime and rack up signifigant wins against quality opponets?

Here's to hoping Cotto can make this list!

Corrales after the PBF loss came back ... beat Frietas, Castillo, and Casamayor and after taking that loss he beat 3 big names in the lightweight division and proved that he was p4p one of the best in the world despite that loss.

    8-1 ... a p4p ranking and a linear lightweight title ...

Gatti took a fair beating in every fight and looked the same until the next one.

Floyd pretty much finished him with the beating he gave though.

Terry Norris suffered a massive knockout to Julian Jackson but still came back to reign at light-middle, suffered another knockout to Simon Brown but came back once again beating Brown and unifying two light-middle titles.....
He made it into the Hall of Fame in 2005!!?

Congratulations, it took you Loewe, the 6th poster to come up with the grand dad of all the comebackers after a beating.
