    I'd imagine it'd be Long or some other freak of nature. Fraudley also has a massive reach. Something like 86 or 87 inches.

    I just read : William "Refrigerator" Perry
    He only did one boxing match ever but had a 102 inch reach.
    But I can't take this very serious without proof.

    No it was Manute Bol who had a 102 inch reach, he fought William "Refrigerator" Perry in a celebrity boxing match. There's a video on youtube of it. Perry had a big 88 inch reach himself though.
