To the best of my knowledge his corner helped him up before the count had been completed. But he was totally beaten and would only be annihilated again if he rose unassisted before ten,or the ref would have stopped it.
In fact did the ref stop it or the cornermen, anybody know?

Noone hates Judah more than I do - yet for some reason I felt really sorry for him in the Cotto fight.

He started getting pummeled pretty hard and you could just feel the pain, but he kept trying to carry on. He showed a lot of guts in that fight and I gained more respect for him - and felt pity for him.

My worst was actually Roy/Glen Johnson. After seeing Tarver knockout Roy I was absolutely floored but I thought he would come back from it but after just a few rounds against Johnson seeing Roy so hesitant to throw a punch I knew we would probably never see the great version of Roy again. Then Johnson knocked him out cold and that made it 10 times worse. :|

Roy Jones, Meldrick Taylor and Mike Tyson.

I kinda felt sorry for Erik Morales even though I think he's a whiner....

Obviously I didn't see all of these fighters get stopped live, but the film of their defeats always makes me feel sypathetic.

    Tyson
    Holyfield
    Hatton
    Louis
    Tszyu
    Patterson
    Ali

I felt bad for Hatton and Brewster even though brewster was not KOed by Wlad in the rematch. It was hard to watch him quit on the stool. Brewster is a good guy in boxing. I wish him well

Corrales after he got stopped by Floyd. I was rooting for Floyd, but the post fight interview made me feel sorry for Chico. He was crying the whole time, and Merchant asked him if he thought he could come back from the loss. Diego was 23 at the time and was a true warrior. Usually, a guy like that will imediately respond to that question by saying that he will be back. However, Diego was non committal. He said that he didn't know if he could come back from the loss. You could tell by his body language that he was confused, and didn't know what he wanted to do.

Thomas Hearns getting caught by Iran Barkley.. It was sad at the time..

Leonard and Hagler were respectful names to get beaten by.. But Iran at the time was quite an ordinary fighter compared to Hearns..

Barkley was still a good fighter, and Hearns wasn't exactly at the top of his game at that point.

hatton has a shitload of money, more than you'll ever see in 100 life times, I doubt they're worried because she had to quit her job. :deal
