Are you counting only wins? Or who they've chosen to fight?

Usyk > 39 year old Wlad

Fury may have the best single win, but AJ has fought the single best opponent.

Also Ruiz isn't that much below Wilder, until Wilder proves otherwise.

    Just imo.

Bismillah lost widely (on any impartial scorecard) to Usyk after being cornered into boxing him by a mandatory obligation that would've seen the belts seperated if not fulfilled.

The two victories I mention above are far and away the most significant on either man's record and set Fury's résumé apart from New Breed's.

Some people put entirely too much store in I'm Heavy's collection of humdrum contenders and faded names—it's a respectable body of work, but there's nothing signature there, no defining glories, nothing of especially historic value (unless you count an already dethroned Waldo, I don't).

Fury overshadows him, will continue to overshadow him for the remainder of their careers, and will historically overshadow him after their gloves are hung up.

Do you think Tyson Fury is scared of Joshua? Let's say wary instead of scared if you like. Do you think he'd rather not get in the ring with Joshua because of a potential loss?

Do you think top tier boxers have that sort of mindset?

Big Joshie is all about the media platforms when he's running his hypocritical politics.
But when it's time to press for a fight and use his celebrity and media backing to get it done, he becomes very quiet, very passive and ''lets his management take care of it'' like he's ordering someone to do his taxes.

That tells you how much he wants these fights at this point.

AJ has attempted fight Wilder and Fury many times only for the other team to turn the offer down (in particular Wilder who has ducked AJ numerous time at offers over double Wilders career high purse at the time).

AJ has already fought Usyk twice.

Why do you doubt AJ fighting Joyce? AJ has beaten more top fighters than Fury and Wilder combined. So AJ has fought all top fighters or at least attempted to make fights.

Do you think promoters and managers have very little say in this?

Joshua has beaten one top fighter: 41 year old, 17 months inactive, winless in 2 years, KO-less in 2.5 years, coming off a loss Wlad, in a life and death war, as the A-side, in Britain.

Joshua has lost twice to the only other top fighter he's fought (a light punching ex-cruiser) and quit against a light punching fringe contender, every time as the A-side.

Takam/Pulev, Parker and Whyte were shown their level by Chisora, Joyce and Fury.

Ruiz will be exposed by Wilder next year, that may finally spur Hearn into cashing Joshua out against Wilder.

'Sign the contract Delboy, you've had it for 2 months' funny we ain't heard anything out of Fury's mouth since he's all about deadlines and a fighting man who needs his date scheduled right!?

AJ has beaten many top fighters including Wlad, Povetkin , Whyte, parker, Ruiz, and Pulev of whom had better records than the best opponent Wilder has beaten in Ortiz.

Takam was better Then Jennings which was Ortiz best win. Takam was robbed a win against Perez whilst Jenning was gifted a win over Perez due to a controversial last round point deduction which it wasn't for would have been a draw on the judges cards. Whilst Wilders best win in Prtiz was dropped mutiple times even by Charles Martin.

How can fringe contenders like Whyte, Parker, Ruiz and Pulev be "top fighters" when they always get dominated by genuine top 5 heavies? Fury-Whyte, Joyce-Parker, Wlad-Pulev, soon Wilder-Ruiz. And worse than that, they lose to non-top 5 heavies like near-shot Povetkin, Whyte, Chisora and Parker. AJ's fought two top fighters: 41 inactive Wlad and Usyk and is 1-2, and he's 1-1 with fringe contender Ruiz, every time fighting as the A-side.

Takam drew with Perez, Jennings beat Perez (Takam also deserved to win imo but these are the facts)
Takam got dropped, stopped in 10 by Joshua and lost every round on the cards, Jennings went 12 against Wlad and won 3 rounds on the cards
Takam got stopped in 6 by Joyce in Britain, Jennings went 12 against Joyce in Britain, with a substantial minority thinking Jennings deserved a draw or a win

Jennings got a better result against all 3 of their most comparable/mutual opponents.

AJ's first conqueror Andy Ruiz was dropped by a 40 year old retired Arreola and Ruiz didn't have the excuse of being 42 as Ortiz did, who got up from multiple KD's to win the fight rather than quitting, something AJ has never done and probably will never do.

AJ is done. He's a beaten man. The delusions and designs he may have had on being considered elite or becoming undisputed have disappeared. I think he came to terms with himself in that post fight meltdown against Usyk. It's why he lost his pen for the Fury fight and didn't appear to be overly bothered by it. When it fell through last year he was noticeably upset.
He will be happy to commence his bum tour sponsored by DAZN for the next 12-18 months. KO after KO will be racked up. Stadiums will continue to sell out and PPV numbers will remain impressive. Hearn will go in to full on spin mode, 'he's been with Garcia for two years now Koogz, the old aggressive AJ is back, they one we fell in love with. Arreola, Wallin, McKean, Whyte, you tell me who's got a resume like that? '. Conveniently around this time Usyk, Fury and Joyce retire and team AJ are all of a sudden interested in the belts again.
'This new version of AJ would've beaten them all Koogz, trust me.'

He's nothing but a businessman now.

Whyte - Povetkin,l and Fury top 5 at time of loss. AJ went on after beating Whyte to be number at dicison (no longer since the Usyk fights).

Parker - AJ number 1 in the divison at the time. Whyte top established himself top 5 at time beating. Joyce established himself as being top 5 by beating the established Parker.

Ruiz - Lost two rounds against Arreola but won all the rest. Yet comparinf the same logic what about Martin dropping Perez mutiple times winning most rounds compared to his peformance to AJ. Spzilka out boxing Wilder being koes in the middle rounds compared Chisora koing Spzilka in the first without breaking a sweat? Duhapas taking Wilder deep, busting Wilders face up before he stop prematurely not because he was hurt but due lack activity by Duhaupas compared to Povetkin battering him? Molina taking Wilder deeper hurt and wobbling him compared to Molina being battered by AJ without breaking a sweat?

Pulev - long standing top 10 fighter who was robbed a win against Chisora in their second fight.

Can't go on dodgy officiating as fact over what happened. Do actually legitally consider Wilder to have drawn with Fury in their first fight? Hollyfield with Lewis? GGG not to have won any of the first two canelo fights? Come on. Takam deserved the comfortable points win over Perez and Jenings a draw when the guys where in their prime.

Jennings went the distance with Joyce in a close fight but I haven't heard anyone claim it should be a draw let alone a win for Jennings. Whilst Takam I felt was actually beating Joyce on points Joyce before a premature stoppage.
