You got idiots on here using JMM vs pacquiao as an example Marquez was only down by 1 point going into the 6th round and had already dropped his opponent once.

 

A unknown fact, RJJ fought Castro in his 16th or 17th pro fight, back when he was green and still upcoming, and dominated to win a unanimous decision. RJJ resume is full of such people, actually.

Being down 6 rounds in lopsided fashion and pulling off the win in the 11th is more of a comback then sparking a guy in the 6th when you are only down by 1 point and the fight has been competitive througout.

You are correct about Roach telling him to put Jirov on his ass but at the end of the day the fight was much wider than a lot of ringside observers thought. it was one of those fights kind of like JMM vs barrera where it was a very good competitive fight but the scoring was lopsided because almost all the rounds were close and competitive but the same guy was winning all of them.
