    3 of Golota's 4 title shots came following a loss or a draw.

    He lost twice to Bowe before facing Lewis, he drew with Byrd before facing Ruiz, and he lost to Ruiz before facing Brewster.

    His cases are interesting, because he was beating Bowe in both fights, and he arguably beat Byrd and Ruiz warranting the non-rematch follow-up title shots he received back-to-back.

    When theres 4 title belts then you basically are fighting a top 4 contender if you fight another champion the next fight
