I know Mike Tyson to this day says that Razor Ruddock is the hardest puncher that he has ever faced. I know lennox was shocked when he fought Tua and tua could absorb those flush punches. what other fighters, have been genuine in there pride and respect for other fighters?

James Toney has generally been complementary of Mike McCallum and his skills.

Wayne McCullough said "when Naseem Hamed hits you, you can feel it in your spine".

George Foreman "Nobody's pound for pound until they beat (James) Page"
This was during the era of prime DLH, Mosley, Trinidad, Mayweather

And when Roy had 3 belts at 175.

I think he was just trying to plug Page's next fight though, which was on HBO a couple weeks after that (this was after Mayweather-Corrales).

Page ended up getting torn apart by Six Heads.

I remeber McCullough saying that Morales hit harder than hamed.

Not that i agree with Morales having the better one punch(better fighter though), but i was suprised to hear Mccullough say that.

Holyfield said Foreman hit him the hardest.. Although ive seen another interview where he says Bowe did.:huh

I heard him say that too. Over on FNF when he was the special guest analyst.

Grey can be great at times asking the tough questions but, too often he disrespects the athletes for the sake of 'being a *****'...I'm surprised he's never been ko'd during an 'interview'...

There was an interview I read only a little while back on the internet where Toney was very complementary of McCallum on everything from his skills, to his punching technique, to his toughness. High praise from a man who generally doesn't give it out.

Grey is a ****ing ***** and by far the biggest ******* announcer in boxing... I remember when Julian Jackson was kod by Quincy Taylor. WHile reviewing the Ko with Jackson he said something about him looking like he was sliding into second base (after getting Kod):-(

Thats not the only time.. .Even though hes tamed down, he use to regularly say disrespecting remarks to fighter.... I like how Toney put that chump in his place.

Joe Fraizer gives good props to Foreman, but he hates Ali
    Frazier talking about Ali
"Everybody wants to make him great because of his mouth, that he was the best. He was good, but that doesn't make him great. I proved that."

What's the hardest punch you've ever taken?

JF : Do I have to talk about it (laughs)? It was George Foreman. He’s a big guy. He could really hit. Look back at the details of past champions from those who watch what’s going on in the fight game. There were only two true “heavyweight” champions, George Foreman and me. Muhammad had a light-heavyweight style -- Larry Holmes, too. Kenny Norton was more like a middleweight.
