i think a lot of fighters fight too far away from their natural weight. there used to be same-day weigh ins back in the day(the weighin was on fight night not the night before). fighters were able to punch and keep a consistent volume for 15 rounds straight, nowadays fighters are gassed after the 4th round and tripping over their own feet from fatigue. i think it was maidana who weighed in at 147 for the mayweather fight and ballooned all the way to 165 on fight night.. how the hell do you gain 20 pounds in one day? it's a goddamn shame, we need to bring back same day weigh ins and fighters need to start cutting less weight and fighting around their natural weight and maybe stamina wouldn't be an obvious issue in this generation of fighters. i think i found out the problem!!!!

Same day weigh-ins would eliminate a lot the bs that goes on in boxing nowadays.
