If you remember Alex Garcia, a HW from Southern California in the early 90s, he was hyped and got some fights on USA Tuesday Night Fights. He's probably more infamous now for turning down a huge money fight against George Foreman and then losing to a couple of journeyman. Anyway, he was in the movie Diggstown.

Randall "Tex" Cobb became an actor. Ace Ventura, Raising Arizona, an episode of Married With Children, etc..

Bernard Hopkins was in the movie State Property 2. I'm sure it's ****, but I'm hoping to find a clip of it on youtube one of these days just for the hell of it.

Sugar Ray Robinson was in a film with Frank Sinatra but I forget the name. He was also in a couple of episodes of "Mission Impossible".

 

Vito Antuofermo was on Godfater III and has appeared on The Sopranos.

I also remember reading an article on the Ring magazine some years about him where he mentions that he was on Goodfellas but i've watched that movie more than 50 times and i dont remember ever seeing him there.

 

If you remmeber him the guy who played Spider Rico in the Rocky movies(yes the same gyt who played him 1976 was the same guy from 2006) was a proi fighter altough not a top level guy.
