Can't agree with you there. I think Cotto established just how greater he was than Margarito, by hitting him at will for the first 6 rounds of the fight. Stamina issues played a huge factor in the outcome of that fight, and if either one of them should be credited as being a better fighter, I still believe it's Cotto.

Big Margarito fan here, btw. :good

Not a big Margarito fan here. But even I can see the writing on the wall. Cotto don't want none.

Cotto is a better boxer. Better offensive skills. But being a fighter takes more than skill. Margarito has the better stamina, workrate and chin. All things considered, Cotto needs to stay the **** away from Margarito before he gets hurt. Seriously.

Cotto is the better boxer, with the better offensive skills. His stamina and workrate can all be worked on, whereas Margarito will never be able to deliver the sort of variety in punches as Cotto can. Cotto isthe greater talent, but Margarito has intangibles that means even if his opposition is technically superior, he can outlast them.

I think it's wrong to say Margarito is better than Cotto though.

How can he have his "number" when the first two fights were close and Chavez Dominated the 3rd?
