    I disagree about Garcia. I know a faded Morales isn't a great win but he also beat Holt (who is underrated imo).

    I think they are more referring to how Margarito was being touted as the king of the division after he beat Cotto. He certainly didn't come out of nowhere, but that win got him a little too much credit for sure.

    But he really was when he beat Cotto. Margarito was close to 2nd or 3rd that time and Cotto was consensus #1 (after Floyd retired)

    I think the hype was justifiable.

    Damn some of these picks really suck Ali, Tzuyu, Judah? Overrated? ODL overrated? Seriously? The guy didn't fight for two years before going 12 rounds with an alleged ATG like Mayweather.
