THE TOP LIGHT HEAVYWEIGHTS OF THE CENTURY

As voted by a five-member panel (Futch/Dundee/Clancy/Duva/Chargin) of experts assembled by Associated Press. First-place votes are in parenthesis; points based on 10 points for a first-place vote down to one point for a 10th-place vote. When a division has five selections, a first-place vote is worth five points.

Did they forget Michael Spinks

What will George think. 2 x first place votes to Moore and Conn and 1 to Charles.

I think they should bin these imbeciles and get some real boxing people. FFS Choklab on his own with some crayons could do better than this.

Not impressed with the guys here. :nonono

Surprised that Spinks isn't on here especially with his relationship with Futch.

Not a bad list through #7. Did Bivins really do that much at light-heavy, though. Tunney might be a good replacement. And what about Tommy Loughran? He is behind Rosenbloom? That is a head-scratcher. I would put Loughran in Bivins' slot. And Melio Bettina who beat Fox and fought Bivins on even terms (one win, one loss, a draw) in three fights, ranks behind Fox. I know Fox supposedly was injured, but I don't think there is any logic to this.

I would put Moore #1 though as he was dominant for so long at this weight.
