Pacific islanders fight each other all the time. this argument doesn't stand up.
However, if Hoppa and Sol have the same trainer or promotion company, i can understand them not fighting.

This is why Marc Bargero and Danny Green never had a fight.

 

bagero and green never fought as bagero would have lasted 2 seconds!

 

Bargero would have struggled to last the rounds with Greeny prob KO close to mid rounds or slightly sooner. Bargero was a decent spoiler at times.

you missed the point. i was refering to the fact that they could never fight because they were part of the same team.

De Lisle and Green were mates and they had 2 fights. being mates is no excuse not to fight. the only reason not to fight is if they have the same trainer/promotion team.

I saw this quote from Hoppa in my local rag on the weekend. Interesting that it hasn't been bandied about like all the 'brotherly love' crap the other publications have gone overboard with.

Hoppa knows Solo would stop him.
