That lawsuit would be tossed out of court in about 5 minutes. Bad stamina years ago is hardly a sign of steroid use, losing noticeable amounts of muscle mass and all desire to fight on the other hand...
Cro Cop said he had a deviated septum. I recently had septoplasty surgery to fix that same injury. I could see how that would severely effect stanima and ability to train. You can't breathe! The surgery is pretty bad. I have been spitting blood, and throwing up blood. I am on Hyrdocodone pain medication.
Agreed, he's 100% healthy when he won the OWGP but when loses has all of sudden a longlasting nasal problems?
I have a feeling he wont be asked back after this situation. And I do think the nose surgery was legit.
It was in his contract that if he lost x amout of fights he can leve the UFC. But if he wins X number of fights the UFC could ask him back. It's not like the UFC didn't know about that. If he wins some fights and gets that Buzz about him again, Dana isn't stupid and knows that a Cro-Cop can still pull in people and money.
If he loses, the UFC will probably cut him dry. If he wins 3 in a throw....the UFC expects him to come back? Expect Mirko to fight a collection of cans in his tenure at DREAM, he won't want to risk that money and contract.
I had a deviated septum. It probably limits you about 35 %- 40 % in stanima. I also had inferior turbinate reduction, so my nose would drain properly, and I would stop getting chronic sinus infections. Although, I have hard time buying that excuse for the Gonzaga fight. He only fought one round, and was ko'd by a kicked to the head. To me that looked like over-confidence and being careless, not worried about Gonzaga's stand up . Exactly what happend to Cro against Randlemen. I haven't seen the Kongo fight.
