    I didn't have a problem with it, because Degale was trying to break momentum and the ref didn't fall for it. Also because the ref didn't want to impose himself into such a razor thin close fight. A point taken away would have given the fight to Badou. So what's your choice? Wait until there's a break in the action or take away a point. Those were the only two options.

    DeGale was gassed out tired. That's why it fell out. One particular time it fell out was during a stretch where DeGale looked buzzed and Jack was laying it on him. DeGale deserves a stop in the action because he was so tired his mouthpiece fell out? It's already abused enough.

    boxing is a dangerous enough sport. boxing protection equipment allowed two gloves, mouthpiece and cup. and after seeing leon spinks grill. The fight should be stopped and the mouth piece allowed to be put back in. Of course there should be a penalty at the referees discretion. In the case of degale once he explained to the referee that his teeth got knocked out the ref said nothing else about it for the remaining fight. Good decision by the ref with a pretty good chin.
