Fighters that are good at neutralizing speed

    What are some fighters that come to mind when neutralizing speed often times we seen real good fighters (such as Bhop) struggle against guys faster than him (Taylor, Calzaghe, Dawson, RJJ) despite them being better boxers

    One name that comes to mind is Marquez Pacquiao was much faster than him yet he times him very well Any Others?
