    Tarver beating up Jones..

    I really really think Tarver idolizes Jones. I mean he is obsessed with him.

    I remember Jones' commentary on one of Tarver's fights he mentions this. It may have been the second Glen Johnson fight. Tarver was wearing RJJ boxing shoes at Jones pointed it out.

    Holmes beating Ali


    Just about anyone who beat Ali, really.

    Tyson Holmes, but not sure Tyson would consider Holmes a hero, though.

    Yeah Tarver definately idolizes Jones. I remeber seeing Roy commentating at one of amatuer fights, I think it was in the Olympics. Roy was already a world champion at the time. Its crazy how far apart the stages in their careers were.


    Danny Green was also a huge RJJ fan.

    Doesn't count, Tyson said that Cus taught him to hate all current Heavyweights, especially Holmes, plus there was a lot of bad feeling between Tyson-Holmes & they never got along.

    Tyson hated Holmes and gave the 38-year old Holmes a brutal beating in 1988 to avenge at the way Holmes KO'd a 38-year old Ali in 1980.
