    Absolutely not..

    McGirt was on to Tarver for much of the fight as to why Tarver was standing in the center of the ring doing nothing.. McGirt knew he was losing a lot of those rounds. He also told Tarver he needed the last round with urgency, another round where Tarver did much of nothing.

    Roy gave a rematch because it was a close fight, and he knew he wasn't at 100 percent.

    Not for losing the Froch fight, but for the horrible showing he put forth in the Grachev fight when on his "comeback for a rematch next spring."
