I think there are always reasons as to why fighters get hated on and sometimes thats out of their control and sometimes not.

Take Danny for example, yah hes had some gifts but his dad also is a big contribution to his hate. (uncontrollable)

Khan, even though has a pretty decent resume, gets hated on because of the stupid things he says (controllable)

Being very honest I don't see why Khan get's so much hate, I get that with regards to Maweather he conducts himself poorly. But the guy is rarely in a dull fight,takes on good competition for the most part, and has great heart.
