That is what I was looking at. It looked like he was not sure of what he was going to throw and it looked like his shoulder said hook and his arm said jab and the oppenent's jaw said goodnight.

 

He looked like he was hurt real bad. He recovered quickly.

Even iron chinned fighters can be knocked down, sometimes even just by jabs. So much for the glass-jaw theories floating about. Good thread.

That's true. A good, stiff jab dead on the chin can knock a guy down as easily as a left hook to the jaw. So being dropped by a jab doesn't necessarily mean you have a glass chin or anything.. and of course sometimes it's just a balance thing.
