    Fighters that have declined

    Tszyu
    Fury
    Wilder
    Joshua
    Kambosos
    Canelo
    Teo
    Ryan Garcia
    Oscar Valdez

    Retired

Tank ( lost his last fight got out b4 decline )
    Crawford
    Loma

    Inactive or hardly fights

    Jermell Charlo
    Jarmall Charlo
    Thurman
    Lara

That's a pretty big talent pool. Boxing is in a transitional phase ATM. Even if Ryan Garcia wins today he's not what everyone thought he'd be. Losing to Tank wasn't bad. Losing to Rolly in the manner in which he did is.

Teo didn't decline; he just can't improve with his pops in his corner

Oscar Valdez is not retired he will probably be against Miguel Berchelt for a rematch in Mexico, he is just in free agent for the moment.

The list of the boxers who declined a lot : Nonito Donaire (not sure he will beat Riku Masuda), after we have Emmanuel Rodriguez, Navapon Khaikanha, Thammanoon Niyomtrong, Michel Soro, Jezzrel Corrales, Caleb Plant, Oleksandr Gvozdyk,Cristofer Rosales, Maciej Sulecki, Keita Kurihara, Donnie Nietes,Michael Dasmarinas, Miguel Berchelt, Oscar Valdez, the fourth kings of Super Flyweight : Estrada, Srisaket Sor Rungvisai, Chocolatito.. and Carlos Cuadras (who are just retired)...

Former IBF Lightweight champion Miguel Vazquez is retired & Juan Hernandez Navarrete former WBC Flyweight (is probably retired also).

He got a decision in 2023 I think it was when he should have lost. The fight where he went into the ring dancing like a clown.

Yeah I made a typing mistake I know. I meant to put him in the declining section. He's lost 3 fights he's not what I thought he'd be. Nav x 2 and Shakur. Great fighters I know. But 3 losses says to me he's a tier below.

Julio Cesar "El Rey" Martinez the former WBC Flyweight champion is also a good name of the list for the boxers who declined very much but still active.
