Depends how you define shot. Jones jr is shot but he still dominated lacey and sheika. For me shot is considerably lower than your peak level. After the floyd fight I thought it was over for juan. He'd never taken a sustained beating like that, he looked slow, sluggish and ****. He didn't just look like a small fighter who was great. He looked like a small fighter win was shot to me. No combos, no reflexes no nothing.

Small guys can have good losing battles like duran vs hagler, oscar vs hopkins, conn vs louis and so on.

I thought it was over for juan, especially the way he faded vs diaz. But vs kats he looked world class again. Very impressed.
