People that have have endomorphic body types will have a naturally higher percentage of adipose tissue from adolescence and will have stocky builds with generally propensity for thicker dermal layers, eg, they have thick skin and are less likely to look vascular

Such people find it near impossible to be "ripped" as their body is simply not adaptive to burning off their natural fat cells or developing muscular hypertrophy

 

If you watch some black porn you will notice that black bitches have alot of muscles and much better muscle definition compared to white bitches.....and neither of the bitches train in the gym so its obvious that genetics play a major role in looking cut.
