Hopkins against Tito - The blown up welterwieght argument is BS. Tito would have beaten any other active middleweight in the ring that night and would have KO'd about 90% of them.

Jones against Hopkins - The hopkins was green argument is lame too. Hopkins had not lost since his pro debut, was ranked right up there and didn't lose again for over a decade. Did it ever occur to you guys that he didn't look that great in this fight because Roy didn't let him

Jones against Toney - he not only beat Toney he completly dominated him. Toney had ample notice to prepare for the fight, if he was weight drained that is his problem. jones was moving up in wieght and fighting a top guy who was very dangerous and gets no respect for it.

hatton against Tzyu - I loathe Hatton, I may be one of the biggest Hatton haters on this site but you gotta give it up to him here. People saying that Tzyu was shot were the same people that were picking him to decapitate Ricky with the first big right hand that he landed. Tzyu was like a 3-1 favorite hadn't lost in years, had just destroyed Mitchell and was top 3 p4p on just about every list you could find.

Jones against Ruiz - People say that Ruiz sucked. Really his style is painfully boring to watch but that ridiculous style had managed to beat most of the top 10 heavies that were active at the time as well as some guys that came up afterwards. For someone to overcome the size advantage and completly dominate the way Roy did is extremly impressive.

There is plenty more but I know ****ers get tired of reading long ass posts so I'll let you guys come up with the rest.

I lived a few blocks from Sharmba Mitchell for about 6 years and I was one of his biggest fans, but he was NEVER a top 3 P4Per:smoke

Everything else is just Jones and Hopkins:-(

If Mayorga would have landed something, I would have agreed with you.

Im sorry but if King wanted to fix the fight he would have given all 3 belts to Mayorga who was more marketable than Spinks at the time. As both guys were King fighters. And there was a proposed, Mosley/Mayorga fight on the table.

Spinks dominated most of the fight. It was a thing of beauty.

Everybody knows that was a robbery. One of the points was easily taken away from Mayorga and he had a KD in the 12th plus Spinks did nthing but run and look at the ref all night. That was a pitifull atempt at boxing that night and you know it.Mayorga won that fight

Ive seen the fight a couple of times. Each time, I come out thinking, Mayorga could have done more but he didnt win the fight. Spinks dominated with his simple 1-2s all night. Im sorry but Mayorga was dissapointing in the fight.

Spinks over Karmazin as well. Spinks is crap nowadays but there was a time where I thought he had enough to give Mayweather a very difficult fight.

Abraham vs. Ikeke - the whole US-based boarders on here where talking **** about AA but he absolutely schooled Ikeke, taunting him, then finished him of in style...afterwards, Ikeke was undeserved and AA still a bum in those eyes...
