Fighters that use the left cross as effectively as Kovalev?

    This is a really amateur-looking punch but it seems to land easily and really hurt people. Basically a jab off a right hand. It has the whole shoulder rotation behind it so it's not that much weaker than a hook and gets there quicker. And fighters are used to expecting the left hook to the head or body off a right hand, so coming right down the middle seems to be the best offensive tool for exploiting that.

    Fighters that come to mind are Pacquiao, Lara, and Rigondeaux, but they're southpaws. Ward is the only right-hander that comes to mind.

    He caught hopkins with that to end a 4 punch combo, nice shot doesnt half travel some distance.

    He uses it because he's so heavy handed
