Very few fighters would sucker punch an opponent in the midst of apologizing for a foul(intentional or not). The only one I can think of is maybe Andre Ward because he has that win at all costs mindset similar to Mayweather. I know Mijares pulled off a similar cheapshot on a japanese fighter that he had just knocked down. He put out his glove pretending to touch gloves then hit the guy with a big multi-punch combination, finishing him off.

Maidana also doesn't like touching gloves and will hit you right away but even he would never he pretend to touch then nail you with a sucker punch like Mayweather just did.

 

Maybe Tito. I remember Mahenge Zulu trying to touch gloves with him and Tito was like "**** that" and hit him with a left hook to the body.
