Guys can be matched badly at teh start of their careers,and can be struggling with weight and young.

True greatness tends to always be there.
Sometimes it just needs to be unearthed.

But a donkey will never win the Kentucky derby no matter how well trained it is,and how dedicated its jockey is.

Speed,Reflexes,strength are all largely genetic. They can all be improved with training,but the people with greater genetic gifts will advance to a higher level than those who arent as blessed.
