    I don't think Tubbs' skills are underrated. He was always regarded as a good technician.

    Agree..whatever ol' Mr. Jiggly Tits' liabilities have been accounted for, he's always been given credit for his boxing abilities.

    He is regarded as a skilled fighter......but not enough IMO....

    His defensive skills for example are underrated......his ring generalship and jab are underrated by some people also......


    Edit- Monzon was also mentioned before in the thread.......

    Fullmer against Basilio is impressive and surprising actually......

    Fullmer´s combinations are also underrated, he knew how to put those punches together pretty well.....
