    How's this for quick achievment ?
    Jimmy Britt in his first 4 years of his career,beat HOF fighters,Kid Lavigne, Frankie Erne, Young Corbett,Battling Nelson,dropped the great Joe Gans 4 times,disqualified for hitting Gans on the floor,drew with Terry McGovern... All in the first 4 years,and oh yes, became lightweight champion..Man in a hurray...

    I think Jim Jeffries is the king of the short but spectacular reign. It is absolutely astonishing what he achieved in such a limited amount of time. Rocky Marciano isnt far behind him, and of course if prime Tyson had retired earlier he would be right up there as well.

    Salvador Sanchez.

    Won the WBC Featherweight title, defending it 9 times, beating some very good competition, including victories over ATG"s Wilfredo Gomez, and Azumah Nelson, as well as HOFer with monstrous power Danny Lopez x2. All this at the age of 23, in a career of 7 years.
