Proof of him being a murder doesn't appear to come up in any Japanese source. He his weapons used in a murder, is known for being an enforcer, doing acts related to extortion, fraud, weapon smuggling, linked to witness tampering, blackmail.

In October 2019 he was pictured at Kuroshio Dynamic Fight 37, in 2018 he was at an Oyaji Fight event, in 2017 he was at an event to celebrate Nana Yoshikawa's career (which is weird as Yoshikawa herself had a connection to the Osakan police).

No one is going to say he's a nice guy, but the stuff about murder, murdering his mother etc, seems to be stretching what he did (either that or we're acting like the Japanese newspapers are too scared of him to report on his murders etc)

Tony Halme was a 6-3 1/2, 300-pound pro boxer (13-6 record, probably split decision over well-past-it heavyweight Iran Barkley was his best win) who:

Also made a living for a while as a pro wrestler

And had a brief MMA career

Was elected to city council (or maybe it was parliament) in his native Finland

Had a hit rap record in his home country (perhaps the worst rap song ever)

He was also a racist, Nazi, piece of waste. Had massive drug abuse problems (including steroids).

1950's British Lightweight Sammy McCarthy has always been a strange case. He was known as Gentleman Sammy McCarthy throughout his career.
When McCarthy fought the legendary Ronnie Clayton for the British Title, Clayton said, as the Ref called them together, "Now then Sam, let's have a nice, clean fight". "Yes Mr. Clayton" replied Sammy.
After retirement McCarthy fell in with a bad crowd and did 3 stretches for armed robbery. One was a 10. At one of his trials a Bank employee identified Sammy by his beautiful manners.

Norbert Grupe aka Wilhelm Von Homburg went 30-11-6 as a heavyweight (and earlier light heavyweight in the 1960s.

He lost by DQ in a bid for the EBU title and won a qualifier for a shot at the German heavyweight championship but doesn’t seem to have fought for it.

Before boxing he was a pro wrestler and toured the U.S. After he retired from the ring he settled in for an on-and-off Hollywood career. He was Vigo the Carpathian in Ghostbusters, one of the thugs in Die Hard and portrayed Charles Macum Diggs — the brain-damaged, wheelchair-bound hometown hero who had been drugged in a fight — in Diggstown.

Grupe’s darker side includes a tale/allegation that he raped his brother’s wife, fathering a daughter. There’s more here:

correction: norbert grupe allegedly raped his father´s (richard grupe) young wife, who was about 30 years younger than his father richard.
norbert grupe believed he had impregnated her, but the daughter rona grupe found later out, that he had not.
she was the daughter of richard and his young wife.

rona grupe said herself so. from the article:

"She [Rona Grupe] said he [Norbert Grupe] never believed the results of the blood test she got while Richard was in a coma, results that confirmed that Richard was indeed her biological father. For whatever reason, Norbert still fantasized that it was him".

Grupe was a nut. He was like the German version of Oscar Bonavena (who knocked him out).

The source of that allegation is Frankie Fraser, career criminal and a notorious bullsh*tter. Nipper Read said Mills was never a suspect in those murders.
