Rid**** Bowe I think Holyfield III took quite a bit out of him. He didn't look right even early in the first Golota fight.
Bam Bam Rios. VS Acosta and Antillon he showed toughness and enough timing in his offense to land hard rights hands and a variety of offensive punches (left hook to the body and uppercuts). He peaked in the first Alvarado fight (2012) and looked as good as a brawler can be. But then 1 year later in 2013 proceeded to have no offense - ZERO, he became a plodder who can't pull the trigger at all (vs Manny and then with Bradley in 2015), he looks like he is punching underwater at times and his offense is always in neutral, he can't even jab the air now to find range, he is in that shell waiting for who knows what. He is now a spectator in his own fights, no spark or life when he is in the clinch. Yes he fought elite guys with speed that neutralized him but this was beyond being outclassed those fights were not even remotely competitive. He can't even go to the basics of just stepping into a guy and throwing, even if those punches don't land. Brandon Rios had 230 amateur wins, he knows boxing but now he looks like a 2nd year pro fighter who cant get his punches off, heck he can't even make weight, not even close. Its a shame and a real fall, I really enjoyed the active brawler who fought at 135 with so much passion.
