    Leonard wasn't defensively perfect and sometimes didn't put enough on his punches.

    That's mostly No Mas and the last half of the Hagler fight (when he was close to exhaustion).

    He's for the most part close to perfect in his prime fights in terms of knowing when to really put the leverage on and get guys out of there. Hence all his title wins at 147 and 154 being by stoppage (well, No Mas a DQ).

    He also brought out the big guns against LaLonde and Hearns.
