For example, I’d favour Hearns at his best at 160lbs to beat Barkley most of the time, even though he didn’t beat him once in either of their fights.
Who are some of your picks?

I agree for Vito vs Minter, Vito was mauling Alan in the first fight and it ended up a close loss for him.

    Saad / Braxton.
When I read the result it really surprised me, I felt as did most that Saad would win, and by a KO or stoppage, but he went to the well too often, as did many a fighter.
More than a few times over the years I have read posters saying the Minter / Antuofermo fight was very close, and some thinking that Minter lost, I went to Vegas to see the fight in person, and from where my and my friends where sitting, about 6 rows back, Minter looked a clear winner, on my return I watched again ( my mum had tapped it ) and felt the fight was closer than I had originally thought, but I still had Minter winning, I personally cannot conceive of win for Vito if they fought a dozen times, he is debatably one of the poorest MW champions in history,
with no discernable skill that I can see, for sure he was tough, had a granite chin, and long on stamina, but skillswise, he was poor, the draw with Hagler was a very good result, I will give him that.
    stay safe guys, chat soon.

You beat me to it. I still can't believe Mayorga beat him especially in the rematch. Vernon was such a good boxer.

Another one was Cory Spinks vs Cornelous Bundrage. Cory was at the end of his career and struggling to make 154 at that point but Bundrage was a guy that had no business beating him. Cory wasn't all that popular with the main stream because of his lack of power but he could box people's ears off in his prime. Too Bundrage's credit, he did the only thing he could do and that was swarm. Cory just didn't have the legs anymore.

This one is even more crazy considering what Hopkins ended up doing at 175. Wins over Tarver, Pavlik, Winky, Cloud, Pascal, Shumenov and Jones Jr where all after his series with Taylor. I personally thought BHOP won both fights with Taylor 115-113.
