Naz and Cooney come to mind first. I think Foreman had some problems after Ali outfoxed him.

Diego Corrales didn't handle his loss to Mayweather too well. As a matter of fact, when I saw his post-fight interview, I thought to myself " this seems like the type of guy who will NEVER recover from this " ofcourse I ended up eating my words on that one.

Davey Moore after he lost to Duran - went 6-4 to close out his career
John Mugabi after he lost to Hagler - was KO'd in 1 by Duane Thomas

Naseem Hamed. He practically quit after his first loss or maybe Judah with that tantrum he threw after being knocked senseless.

Toney looking to gun down his manager, would that count as not taking the first defeat too well?

    Dominick Guinn.

From 24-0 before fighting Barrett, to 28-5-1.
