At the time I actually thought Paulie could have won if he wasn't so feather fisted.

Andrade impressed me when he fought Lucian Bute and I think if there was a better ref involved he would be IBF super middleweight champion.

no ****ing way. Tony Thompson fought like a loser not like someone who wanted to take a title. At some point he was knocked down, he thought about giving up, and then he checked himself. Thank god.

I don't ever wanna see a fighter make that face. It was frustrating

Vargas vs Trinidad was a good one too ... he came back off the canvas twice in the first round ... knocked tito down ... brawled with one of the best finishers in history.

IMO, Vargas' best performance of his career ... despite losing to Tito ...

Pernell Whitaker v Tito ... the original guy who set the blue print on how to beat Tito ... DLH then tried to execute but couldn't then Bernard and Winky did what Whitaker set out to do. No defense involved ... Sweet Pea fought "flat footed" and toe to toe with the younger fighter ... held his own and busted Tito up for a 6 or 7 rounds.

Frank Bruno v Mike Tyson (1989)

For having the balls to get in the ring with Iron Mike.
One of the few fighters to actually hurt Tyson, if only for a few moments.

I cant remember the guys name but he fought Cintron. I think it was the fight before Cintron lost to margo. I know the guy took EVERYTHING Cintron had to offer and just kept coming forward. I was very impressed with him even though Cintron got him in the later rounds.

Someone help me with his name:thumbsup

Pavlik gained my respect after the Hopkins fight.

Hopkins showed post Calzaghe fight how not to conduct yourself. Considering the circumstances that have since came out regarding Pavliks condition going into the fight he gave full respect to Hopkins. No excuses, no crying, he was humble in defeat. Reminded me of how JT was after both Pavlik fights.

Boxers carrying themselves like this with heads held high after a defeat goes a long way in my book.

Clottey.........against Marg. I still dont think think he gets enough respect though. Weak promotion.
