    Trinidad immediately sprang to mind. I think it might have been a balance issue.

    He's one of the best examples in a thread like this. He was ALWAYS rising....with all due respect, tell me about these 'numerous' KNOCKOUTS?

    How many times did Floyd hit the deck yet rose and won the fight?

    I've often wondered what would have happened if Ingo had nailed him towards the end of the third round in their first scrap and Sonny said he'd NEVER hit anyone harder than he hit Floyd, saying he felt the impact deep down in his back.

    I think i agree!

    Well not for every one, i think it was Campas who hit him with a short shot and he just went down like a delayed reaction? Or am i remembering wrong? But i understand why you bring up the point, if you look at statistics it seems it might not be too hard to separate the man from his senses, then you look at the footage and he was never hurt at 147. I've been told he was hurt very early in his career, but i lent a dam boxset of his career and viewed every single one, can't remember seeing it if i did.
