No but it's definitely very suspicious.

So refusing a drug test when asked by a potential opponent also qualifies under your criteria.

So, add Hopkins, Ward, Kovalev, Pascal, and Pacquiao to your list.

Otherwise, have fun admitting to hypocrisy!

    * it warrants recognition for having happened... but it just isn't the same at all.

You don't think? They know they have to be available to be tested year round, missing 3 tests is cause for suspicion. I'm not saying they're definitely guilty but it's not like they're just missing one test in that time frame.

Whereabouts failures aren't "evidence" of anything. You can surmise that Awesome is fairly irresponsible to be out partying and ignoring the call to jump through bureaucratic hoops but in no way is that evidentiary of someone using banned substances, or even a good logical springboard to accuse them.

Maybe he just didn't feel like it and didn't think it was that big a deal?

I think it warrants the punishment. That's a separate issue.

Just you can't draw a conclusion and speak it as fact, no matter how likely, on circumstance. It would be your opinion of what you think went on. Therefore it is not exactly the same thing.

Naw... getting caught red handed in your own home doing illegal IV of 14X the limit you're not supposed to is.

    I agree with everything.

As for the underlined I must disagree. It is a logical springboard to form an opinion. But then the responsible debater should make it clear that everything beyond the physical reality is just their opinion of what they think happened, is all.

Exactly. Including something like that on a list of fighters that were CAUGHT doping is ridiculous.

That's like saying that someone who skipped a bail hearing must have automatically robbed a bank. It makes no sense.

Are you a professional troll and liar or something? How do you take fact out of context? Obviously for the morons out there you have to be under WADA sanction to begin with. Lets refrain from making more dumbass pulled out of your ass comments?

But there was no violation or punishment...? Was there?

All parties say all tests completed for the May 2nd bout were clean of any suspicious supplements or levels.

The contracts are written very carefully by lawyers. Maybe it sucks, but it is what it is.
