Fighters who had bad amature records or early tko defeats to there pro career?

    Johnny Nelson is another one he had an awful record as an amateur. Lost his first 3 fights.
    At one point was 6-5, at another point he was 25-12-1 but then finished his career 20-0-1 including 13 WBO CW title defenses.

    Freddie Pendleton and Johnny Nelson are the two who really stick out as stinking early in their careers and becoming top level pros later in their careers.
