Thats more like the level I was thinking of. Someone with great power, but unable to really scratch world class

    Alejandro "Terra" Garcia.

It seems like some of these guys made a trade-off.

    Chin for Punch.

What does everyone think of Alexander, he pushed undefeated 2 weight champ Simon who beat prime Wright before he beat Mosely

Augie Sanchez is a fantastic mention.

I would throw Richard Hall out there since he had devastating stoppages over O'Neil Bell, Julian Letterlough etc but he wasn't even remotely competitive against Jones or Darius.

WTF is with these guys mentioning Freitas, Hamed, etc, guys who were rated close to the pound for pound top ten at certain points in their career's.

Isn't Pipino Cuevas in the hall of fame? The guy beat several world champions and held the title for something like ten defenses but I guess he's not 'world class'.

Alot of pinheads in here. Winning a world title belt is reaching the top. Yes it means little to fans, but to fighters it means alot whether they beat a scrub or a p4p fighter. Its a big deal.
