Hop was a very big middle weight. You can't just base size on reach. Even at light heavy the man looks kind of skinny.

Mayweather should be fighting guys in the 160-168 range but because he's lacking about 5-10 pounds of man size he has the advantage of fighting smaller guys. If Mayweather was a true Balck man he would be fighting GGG no problem.
