Pac hasn't beaten another top tier ATG fighter so far so he doesn't have the achievement to be even top 10 ATG. It has been discussed extensively and people with your claims are owned every time by the people that watch boxing for more than 2 years

For a flyweight boxer to step up and blast out the 140lbs champion and then step up and dominate world class fighters at 147lbs and 154lbs is astonishing.
Margarito, De La Hoya, Cotto all hammered. These are\were good tough fighters.

    Who Nesh is grossly overrated.

Paul Williams is suddenly quite underrated due to his Fragile Glass Chin being exposed, but I think he still has room for some real good wins.

Of course it is I'm the first to admit it and to congratulate him and his fans. But it's not enough to be GOAT. He hasn't beaten a top 50 ATG opponent. If he fights Floyd and wins he'll get closer to top 10

I think bernard hopkins is underrated, in my opinion you can make a serious claim that he is the best of the last 20 years, he dominated middleweight, fought and beaten plenty fighters when the odds were not in his favour and should be the oldest champion ever, he is going strong since the early 90's. yet people here always discredit his wins and performances for some reason.

well most of the time there is some reason but he is so consistent that he achieved the status of living legend

hell nah man. Comon. don't discredit his wins but at the same time I mean his win against Tito was amazing, but his wins against Tarver and Pavlik are not something out of this world by ATG standards. Those guys are nowhere near ATG's and not even HOF (Tarver at a stretch maybe). His win over Oscar de la Hoya is nothing to brag about either. His losses to Jermain Taylor in retrospect are pretty unimpressive even if you scored those fight to BHOP...

Don't get me wrong Hopkins is a legend and an all time great but Pacqauio, RJJ, Mayweather, Holyfield > Hopkins and a case can be made for Lewis.

him constantly turning back the clock and beating those guys eventhough everyone thinks he will lose must mean something. Longetivity is also with him. I thought pascal would win easily especially after a few rounds when I was starting to hope hopkins wouldnt get embarassed yet he comes back and puts on a boxing clinic in a good close fight. Could be me being a fan but I think he is amazing, Oscar win doesnt mean much but on the other hand that fight happened at 155 and Oscar was good at 154 yet nobody complains about oscar weight draining him and it backfiring by getting knocked out, only man to knock out Oscar in what was basically a big money fight for b-hop. His wins over tarver and pavlik are impressive to me because they are so unexpected, I mean we would give morales credit for almost beating maidana cause we all thought he would get murdered in the ring eventhough maidana is not a hof/atg boxer.
