Baer, Griffith, Mancini, Pintor, etc. Who all had someone die at their hands in the ring and how did it affect them after? It seems few, if any, were ever the same again.

It would be great to have something close to a comprehensive list -- who died at whom's hands -- but the deeper point is how it affected the survivor going forward. What a terrible burden to carry.

Two of Bud Taylor's 's opponents also died...Not sure how it affected his fighting style, but it must have been awful for him to deal with.
It may have been delayed but I think you'll find all of Bob Fitzsimmons' opponents died after fights with him. I cannot argue with this.
still traumatized by that. my first fight i saw where a death happend. still got shivers of logging on to this site when it said he passed away. a good fighter every body was routing for him.
