    guillermo jones?3 impressive defences in the next 18 months and he doesn't have to be a security guard on a building site for the next twenty years.unfortunately,the gifted but hardly prolific appearances of the man ensure he'll almost certainly fight at most once more before he's forty.what a waste...

    boxing news mentioned the disgrace of joan guzman's seeming inability to use his talents before father time (and his waistline)threaten to overtake him.could've been a hof'er if he'd applied himself,the ****ing waster.

    Hassan N'Dam N'Jikam himself is only 26 (will be 27 in February) but with his style the window might be closing on him if he wants to cash in and fight at a high level on a big stage against world class opposition.

    Beating Golovkin would be huge (as it would be vice-versa for Gennady) but would still not be quite enough by itself to set up a massive Las Vegas superfight, as the above fight would most likely not take place on American soil or be aired on any American TV...and thus not draw in any new American casual fans.
