Fighters Who Never Ducked Anyone.

Being lined up to fight for the title and then pull out to fight an eliminator with an old friend who is done for 2 years

 

Trinidad didn't duck Quartey. They were signed to fight in 1998, but Quartey pulled out and there was a lawsuit.

Trinidad and Mosley were never in the same division. Trinidad had weight problems for years at 147 and went back to 147 to chase a big money fight with DLH. After the DLH fight, he left the division for good. After Trinidad left 154 to compete in the MW tournament, Mosley publically challenged Trinidad (not that the whole "callng out" process means much anyway). Mosley was still a welterweight.

Trinidad and DLH couldn't agree to terms on a weight and for money reasons for the rematch.

You bring up Trinidad on the "duck" list and mention him not wanting a rematch with DLH, yet you bring up DLH?

When did DLH give a rematch to Whitaker? Quartey?

 

unreal...that guy is lucky to be offered fights he gets..if he ducks the guys he is allowed to fight for some reason he is homeless

 

and tito had to fight hopkins...can't fight 2 guys at once

 

Meh as i said before only time will tell, personally i dont see Froch getting past the likes of Taylor, Kessler or the Bute's of the SMW division.

How is it possible nowadays to not even be accused of fans of ducking anyone? If you're a champ/beltholder, you have 12 or so fighters that want a shot at your title and can be considered legitimate, and you can only fight 2, maybe 3, in a year.

 

Who is Taylor at SMW?Nobody,that's why he gotta prove himself here,Froch is someone here,they should fight.This ain't MW anymore

You also have increased technology so everyone hears the news reports and cases of guys "calling out" opponents. It means little, but boxing forum junkies for some reason get their dicks hard over someone "calling out" an opponent.

 

he is still Taylor...he is just 8 lbs heavier...not like his strength will deter him...why would he fight froch? he will recieve no credit for a win esp in america and can make twice the money against a number of others...surely u understand he is not afraid of froch

I'm saying he ain't proven at SMW.He will get credit from all the world except America if hr beats him:roll: ,when he beats Lacy he will get credit only from America and maybe not even there.I'm curious about his options after Lacy

 

maybe froch should fight on tv in america so more than 10 people know who he is before jermaine MUST fight him...HBO wouldn't even pick that fight up
