Gerry Cooney alone made 10 million from the Holmes fight. Add to that his fights against Spinks, Foreman, Norton, Lyle and Young. Rappaport and Jones may have been the Whacko Twins, but they knew how to negotiate for top dollar for their fighters.
Golota must be doing well these days, with all those title shots that he got, and I believe he's married to an attorney so she probably handles the money well.
Jerry Quarry sadly died at 53, way too young, but he fought practically everybody, was in various tv shows during the 60's and 70's, did commercials, and commentary.
Ken Norton never won the title in the ring. I believe that he said in his book that when he retired in 81, he made 14 million from boxing, also was in the movies and did commentary as well.
    Any others?
