Who do you think does this?

I've always felt that Oscar "overthinks" in the ring...

Rocky Juarez and Josh Clottey are the first to come to mind. They always just come up short in tough fight because they are not active enough, probley due to "overthinking".

Hopkins in the two Taylor fights. Also somewhat in the Calzaghe fight. If he would have just opened up more he could have won them. He was getting the better of them when he did throw and put together combinations. And he was slipping a ton of Calzaghe's shots if he would have let his hands go he would have won. Plus the Pavlic fight showed us that he had the stamina to do it which surprised me. Because I just thought it was him being old and not having the energy to do it but he did.

rocky juerez for sure. that man has good power but doesn't throw punches until everything is perfect. well, it ruined his career because he went from can't miss prospect olympian to probably a gatekeeper for young contenders.

Kermit Cintron, he tends to abandon his jab and you could clearly see him thinking as the fight progresses in the final few rounds. At times he is more involve talking to the ref. than with his opponent. He's showing a little improvement, but still needs more confidence esp. if he's fighting a fighter that puts the pressure on him.

Yeah I think guys like Judah and Lewis switched off more than anything else, it's hard to tell if guys either switch off or overthink.

The Zab Judah one is good! He has been a totally different fighter since Kostya tripped his think switch. Compare him before and after, it's two different fighters.
