    My pick: 1990's Lightheavyweight contender Mohamed Siluvangi.

    As a prospect, Sulivangi beat 5-0 Peter Oboh (a future top 20 fighter), drew with 4-0 Dirk Wallyn (future top 20), beat 19-1 Bruno Girard (future WBA champ and future top 10), and beat 25-1 Ole Klemetson (future top 10).

    Then he loses for the first time to Crawford Ashley, bounces back to win the EBU title, but gets destroyed in his next fight, a Cruiserweight challenge vs JC Gomez, proceeding to lose 13 of his next (and last) 15 bouts.

    John Tate ( but he might of had the beginning of health issues (thyroid ?) ) when Weaver and Berbick removed him from championship and contendership status.

    John Conteh was stripped of his title, then a combination of Hand Trouble, Management Trouble and Dedication Trouble combined to curtail Johns days at the top.
