He wasnt a champ or anything but I remember Mike Anchondo was gonna be the next big thing until Jorge Barrios left him crawling towards his own corner.

Tarver was in the spotlite for about 2 yrs based on the RJ and Glen wins, then he got owned by Bhop and was never really top shelf again, despite winnin anotha belt.

The man in my avatar, Luisito "lindol" espinoza. He was the WBC 130 lbs champion for years, then he lost a hometown decision to cesar soto in mexico. Next thing you know, he was out of the championship picture. Did not win another title and didn't recieve his purse for 2 of his last 3 fights. Sad.

And just to add to my last post GALE VAN HOY was one of the judges that robbed luisito of his belt....****

His ex-wife took a bunch of his money.

There was an article about how he used to have so much money and then lost it and worked as some supermarket or something. He's also a trainer at a boxing gym in SF, I did pad work once with him and told him I had just found my copy of him beating the **** out of Kennedy McKinney. He laughed and said thanks. Nice guy.

Yeah. Thats true. Also his last two fights he's owed a total of $130,000. Most of it went to his corrupt promoter. He did not get any

i was a fan of michael grant...but the signs were there with the golota fight, then brutally ko'ed by lennox lewis, and then ko'ed by jameel mccline..puts together a nice streak of some confidence building wins then gets obliterated by dominick guinn...hasn't had a significant fight since:-(

another one would be eric aiken...ends tim austin's career with a brutal KO, then wins the ibf title from an undefeated valdemir perera on a DQ in which he was leading on all cards plus scored 2 knockdowns then surrends it to guerrero and hasn't won a fight since

then michael bentt - wipes out tommy morrison in the first round for the wbo heavyweight title then loses it in his first defense against herbie hide and the brain bleed he got from the bout forces him to retire..the man only had 13 fights

    WTF happened to Eamonn Loughran?
WBO Welter boss for umpteen fights, he then got sensationally belted out in 1 by unsung Jose Luis Lopez, never to fight again!(final log 26-2-1)
