I know some people keep mentioning Hearns but to be fair, the man hasn't fought since early 2006. I think its safe to say that while he hasn't announced anything, the original Hitman has retired

Shot is when a fighter can no longer compete...period. Jones Jr. is competing and demolishing his opposition. That is what people do when they are on a comeback. Shieka was a c- fighter, Lacy is a c+ fighter and now he will step up to a B fighter then challenge hopefully someone we all could recognize as a A lister.

A quick look at boxrec and you are saying to yourself "he's still fighting?"

    Let's start with the heavyweights

Holy (I don't wanna see him end up like Tyson's last couple of fights)
    Michael Grant (!!!!????)
Toney (make crusier or forget it)
McCall (too dangerous a puncher to get a major fight)
    Frans Botha (!!!????)
Andrew Golota (head case, last fight -stopped in one)
Ray Mercer (retire from boxing and MMA, please)
"Ice" Cole (he won his most recent fight by a six round split decision)

    Bruce Seldon
    Davarryl Williamson
    Jamaal McCline
Lance Whitaker (Mt Goofi is still around too?)
Riddick Bowe (didn't he request mercy on the kidnapping charge because of brain damage?)
