Evander Holyfield still looks in good shape for his age. So does Sugar Ray Leonard.

Add Mike Tyson to this list. Despite being totally unable to fight anymore, he physically looked incredible in that farce with Jake Paul. He was a lean 228, which is just nuts at his height and age. (and yeah, I'm sure his blood would burn right through a test tube with the stuff he had to take to achieve that look, but regardless, you don't look that physically good without a ton of hard work and dietary discipline)

If he doesn't get mentioned yet, Gerry PeƱalosa looks great in his 40s still,I want to name Chris John but he's getting fat after his career, but overall he still looks pretty healthy tho,I even saw a small video on him doing a commercial.

    Hi Guys.
The post/thread goes back a long way, so not sure if this fighter has had a mention, so for me Carlos Palomino looks in fantastic shape, in fact he looks like he weighs around his fighting weight even now, not only that he is articulate, charming, and a proper gentleman, I was lucky enough to see him in person when he came over here to fight Stracey, and watch him workout, he was a revelation, one of the most punch perfect fighters I have ever seen spar, he padded around the ring with consummate ease, hands held just above chest height, he had a solid rather than muscular build, with good study legs, not unlike Ali, he would sometimes lie back on the ropes and take shots, or seemingly take shots, in fact with subtle head and shoulder rolls combined with feints, most of the perceived punches were either evadded, or landed with minimal force, the few that did connect fazed him not a bit, when he had enough of this, those short, hurtful hooks to head and body would flow, increasing in power and speed as the seconds went by, even with big pillow gloves on, the partner winched and sought comfort in holding, Palominos workrate never slowed, in fact it increased, imagine the drummer at the helm of the Viking boat gradually increasing his tempo that might give you some idea, I feel had a been quicker on his feet, and a tad more urgent with his punches, he would be up there with the greats.
    stay safe guys, chat soon.
